This is what I'll be playing post rotation. Please share any thoughts, tips,tricks, or strictly better cards that I overlooked while brewing.

This is a tempo deck, so I'm playing a couple of early game threats, which I will then cover with bounce and counter spells.

1 cmc creatures will pump Avatar of the Resolute

Also, Honored Hierarch can supply additional mana.

2 cmc creatures are simply good, and even better with Hardened Scales

3 cmc: Managorger Hydra , protecting this behemoth will be the main road to victory.

Counters,

Creatures will probably not be the problem for this deck. So a light focus on countering noncreature spells with Stubborn Denial

Bounce

Disperse although the loot ability on Force Away did save my butt a couple of times.

Support

Hardened Scales will pump creatures for a faster win.Inspiring Call for card draw and protection :)

Sideboard

Undergrowth Champion for aggro opponents, even though my matchup against atarka red is already quite good.

Edit

2-1-1 on an FNM with the old list. Added the hangarback walkers for the game day: 3-1-1. The local playgroup is rather competitive, so I am impressed by the result. I will test if Blue or White is the better splash, since white will give me access to fetchlands, Dromoka's Command and other good stuff, however I like the psychological advantage of playing blue :p
