This is the budget-is build I'm running for the broken general that is Captain Sisay. Lore wise and power wise Sisay is what I believe to be one of the best cards for edh, and in general.

I won't be able to thoroughly explain this deck quite yet becuase I haven't gotten around to platesting yet due to time and budget constraints. Tis' the Season.
