For those who play the duels of the planeswalkers game, this is my take on the dimir deck.

its pretty good, but theres not a lot of removal. thankfully, theres more removal than the last dimir deck. blech.

anyways, with this build, stall and make them discard with all of your discard spells, then kill them with card advantage (AKA cipher spells).

i play 27 lands because its very easy to get land screwed with this deck, so i play it because ive gotten consistent land drops with that many lands.
