I've been playing mostly reactionary EDH decks for a while now (Esper Lifegain/Control and Dimir Mill) so this is my first take on a deck that's potentially proactive.

This deck has tons of fetchers and mana-ramp to attempt to get Gisela on the field before the counter-spells start to run rampant.

By stacking damage amplifiers, even the slightest burn for one can quickly turn into 4. Burn 4 for one red (Pyrohemia)? That's a trade that I will most certainly take.

• You are able to burn your opponent to the ground through your cards.
