This deck is inspired by infect decks. In infect, you make poison counters which are twice as efficient at killing the enemy as loss of life. In this deck I use double strikers Fencing Ace and Adorned Pouncer instead.

Compared to infect, I don't get the Inkmoth Nexus or one drop Glistener Elf , so it is a bit slower deck. Also poison would be more difficult to heal. But on the upside, double strike allows to run over possible blockers and get some damage in while taking down opponents creatures.

Creatures

Adorned Pouncer is like Fencing Ace with an extra upside. This deck aims to win fast and not get to five mana. But if the game drags on the eternalise ability provides a mana sink and card advantage. 4/4 double strike is quite strong even without any pump.

Llanowar Augur provides early blocker for maybe the two first turns. It is a modern legal version of Seal of Strength with the downsides that it dies to removal and that you can't activate his ability whenever. But you also get trample, which is nice with double strike.

Den Protector is double purpose. His evasion is useful to get last points of damage in, in case the double strikers can't for some reason get through. He also returns our pump spells and creatures from grave with his megamorph ability.

Aven Sunstriker is a double striker with flying. He also has the coincidental megamorph ability, but it is expensive. Maybe it will be useful if I'm somehow screwed for white mana but not green (can be played as a regular 2/2 for 3 and the megamorph only needs one white). Or later in the game to get some value if there is nothing better to do with the 5 mana. And now you don't know which of the morphers I'm playing ;)

Fabled Hero is generally stronger creature than the Aven Sunstriker . So maybe it should be him in the main deck? But he lacks evasion. The double strike in it self can kind of provide that, if you kill what ever is on your way with the first strike damage.

Pump

Pretty basic. Vines of Vastwood provides protection for the creature, Mutagenic Growth has nice surprise element to it (can cast it when already tapped out). Rancor works well with double strike, as it boosts only power, but grants trample. This allows me to kill weaker creatures before they ever get to hit my attacker (so my toughness does not matter that much) and assign the extra damage to player (so if the attacker gets some extra pump, we will not waste the first strike half of it entirely on chump blockers).

Become Immense could be a powerful spell if we manage to get enough stuff to the grave.

Mana

Many infect decks play 19 lands because the average cmc is low. It is a bit higher for this deck, so I put in 22 lands as a compromise. The mana costs of the deck are fairly low, so I only need to get about three lands to play, maybe even two is enough.

The tricky thing with mana is that I need white for most of the creatures, even double white for Aven Sunstriker or Fabled Hero , but green for all the pump. There are 16 sources of white and 16 sources of green. that is why I need to play 10 dual lands. This gives 0.93 (0.95 on draw) chance for at least one white on turn two, and 0.76 (0.81 on draw) chance for double white (or double green) for turn three.

In addition, I would like to have enough untapped mana on turn 1 for Llanowar Augur . Out of the 10 dual lands, the goal is to have only 6 come into play tapped. So I have 10 sources of untapped green mana, which gives me 0.74 chance of having one in the initial 7 cards. The 6 tap lands + 4 augurs fill the one drop slot.

I play Fortified Village as a semi affordable way to get a dual land that doesn't come into play tapped. Scattered Groves has the basic land types that synergise with it and also can be cycled to avoid mana flood. Temple of Plenty comes in to play tapped, but the scrying allows avoiding mana flood (or mana screw).
