This deck isn't as tuned as it could be, but it works pretty well in my playgroups. Any suggestions would be great.

First, ramp to 6 mana and play the Locust God. After that, I've ranked each strategy based on usability.

Strategy One - Combo Out With Locust God out, all you need is two locusts, Skullclamp and Ashnod's Altar. This strategy can work even better if you have mill cards like Altar of the Brood, Sphinx's Tutelage and Psychic Corrosion out or if you have Psychosis Crawler (or Niv Mizzet, the Firemind, which I don't have in my deck). 1. Sac a locust to Ashnod's Altar and make two colorless mana. 2. Use one colorless mana to Skullclamp a locust. 3. Draw two cards and make two more locust from Locust God. Every locust you kill generates one colorless mana and puts two cards in your hand. After that you can win by casting Gemstone Array so you have access to colored mana and using Master the Way or Fateful Showdown for some easy one shot kills. You can also mill your opponents as described above. Also, if you play Psychosis Crawler at some point, every card you draw bleeds your opponents for one life. If you drew too many cards or want to draw your whole deck again, cast Commit to Memory and shuffle everything into your library and repeat the process.

Strategy Two - Combat Damage Once Locust God is out, every card you draw makes a Locust with Flying and Haste. What do you do? Draw a crap ton of cards and turn those insects sideways. Use cards like Gratuitous Violence, Favorable Winds and Gravitational Shift to make your shitty 1/1s into big beefy 4/2 with double damage. Bident of Thassa essentially doubles your horde of insects every time they do combat damage and Goblin Bombardment can make for an easy post-combat finisher. Teleportal overloaded can also end a game pretty fast if you have enough insects available.

Strategy Three - Group Hug We're running a lot of group hug cards in this deck such as Howling Mines, Kami of the Crescent Moon and Well of Ideas, but nothing is quite like Fevered Visions. This cards is an absolute over performer in this deck. If you draw this card, slap it down. It punishes your opponents every turn for having more than three cards in hand, and I've seen it whittle down opponents from 40 life to 10 life, bringing them easily within kill range. If there's a player who needs a bit of extra hate, put them on the Black Vise and make them hate you for having a fistful of cards. Not to mention, once you have our friendly insect God out, the group hug benefits you way more than your opponents.

Strategy Four1. list text here - Commander Damage This strategy is generally best used if you're against players with Ghostly Prison type effects out. If you put Clout of the Dominus on the Locust God, he becomes a 6/6 flying shroud haste. Use effects such as Favorable Winds, Gratuitous Violence and Gravitational shift to make him even bigger. This strategy is, truth be told, pretty weak and should only be used in real emergencies where no other strategy is working.
