This deck is suppose to work two ways. One way would do good enough though.

One, using Megrim to have your opponent take damage when they discard cards.

Two, using Underworld Dreams to have your opponent take damage for every card they draw.

Both: Using Burning Inquiry to have your opponent take damage for both drawing 3 cards, Underworld Dreams, and taking damage for discarding 3 cards, Megrim.
