To put it simply, bunker up and wait. Get Nekusar out, line up your defenders, counter any spells that threaten your commander, and let your opponents draw themselves to death. Try to bounce cards back into your enemy's already full hand, then watch them struggle to decide what to keep and what to discard. Propaganda and Blood Reckoning will discourage horde decks from attacking you, so use your counter spells to cancel larger single targets. With Nekusar out Feast on the Fallen is guaranteed to trigger, and unless all opponents are focusing on you, your health should be up enough to afford Havoc Festival. Your main weakness will be against decks with cheap enough spells to empty their hand faster than you can fill it, and instant/sorcery-focused decks.

This deck almost plays itself, but you will have to decide when to counter and when to buff a defender.
