using a bunch of self mill cards and Mirror-Mad Phantasm for some massive self mill I get the graveyard very big. Then with Splinterfright and other building creatures to attack. the Laboratory Maniac is just incase I mill myself. The Unburial Rites is to get any creature I milled on the field, I might put some big creatures like Worldspine Wurm in the deck just to bring them back from the graveyard.
