So basically this deck uses Molten Vortex and Life from the Loam to win the game, pretty basic for Loam decks. However there are other ways to win.

Use Shared Fate to completely lock your opponent out of the game, combine Shared Fate+Day's Undoing for hilarity, and while Shared Fate+Life from the Loam are both available replacement effects for your draw set you choose. So your opponent is stuck using your deck and you get to kill them with Loam.

Alternatively use the opponents deck to win as they won't be able to win with your deck, as all cards you own go to your graveyard, so they can't dredge, and other than that, you don't have a win condition they can use.
