This deck revolves around commune with the gods and grisly salvage as the 'dredge' fuction. These two cards activate: Deathrite Shaman, Varolz, and Whip. I am still playtesting this deck, but I've put a lot of thought into it. I appreciate comments but....

-scavenging ooze does not work with this decknor does nighthowlernor does nemisis.nor does thoughtseize, nor does abrupt decay. Trust me, the synergy is not good. I could change the deck to include those cards, but i would definately lose the whip, and mabye 2 varolz. Lotleth troll becomes weaker. So does desecration demon. In fact, this would be a completely different deck, with grisly salvage, commune, and nighthowler and nemesis being the win-con.

I'm doing this deck because it is a. more fun
b. very powerful.

Think of it as golgari dredge, with black devotion, only take out the grey merchants. And I have the luxury of including so many 1-ofs in this deck because the two dredge cards allow me to chose the best situational card out of 5. It is scry on steroids.
