This is a Commander/EDH deck designed to fight 3 opponents. This deck is about two things:

1) Controlling the board with bouncing cards2) Flicker your own cards with Enter-The-Battlefield effects

This deck is not meant to blitz. It is designed to keep your enemies focused on attacking other players by being 'diplomatic' in simply returning cards to owner's hands over destroying or exiling them. After you opponents life totals have dwindled, you can then start playing big creatures with big ETB effects and clean up.

Dromar is excellent for maintaining control over the battle field as you can hit any opponent to activate his ability.

Conjurer's Closet, Magister Sphinx and Venser, The Sojourner are staples so use the Demonic Tutor to pull one of those.

Lifeline is a tricky card to use as you have to know just the right time to play it. However, it can save you from repeated attempts at board wipes.

If you can pull it off, play Devastation Tide and then Omniscience. As long as nobody has a counter to it, that should seal the deal for your victory.

The dual lands and mana accelerate listed are just the ones that I own, so you can better ones if they are in your collection.
