Anyways, here is the "Deck Tech":

CREATURES

Scion of Oona pumps the entire team and gives them shroud. With two out, your are nearly unbeatable!

Pestermite can tap or untap for tempo and hits for two!

Cloudseeder to provide some more aggression. Not being able to block with the tokens can be a problem, so maybe there is a better faerie for here since it doesn't even have flash, but I like how it has done in testing.

Spellstutter Sprite is a counterspell on a beater. Sounds good to me!

Cloud of Faeries doubles to cycle, but more often than not you just play as a beater for free. It easily allows Spellstutter Sprite to counter at the correct times.

Faerie Conclave is a land that doubles as a faerie!

SPELLS

Counterspell Description is not even needed.

Power Sink is a great tempo card. They try and bait a counterspell in order to open a path, and then they lose all their lands. It fits perfectly into the scheme.

Psionic Blast is the timeshifted card of choice here. It pushes to lethal as well as doubling as removal!

Withdraw is a great 2-for-1 tempo card. If they tap out, you bounce two of their creatures. Also, once we hit 4 mana, we can bounce our own Spellstutter Sprite and one of their creatures in order to counter a spell. Doesn't work well with Scion of Oona , but if we have that out, we are probably ahead anyways!

Wash Out is good against every other deck and is sometimes needed when behind. Every deck has to have some sort of out.

Brainstorm is great to fix draws and lets us play less lands. Originally I was playing Ponder because I could shuffle away bad cards at the top, but being a sorcery proved a problem.

Favorable Winds gives all my creatures +1/+1 to close out the game quickly. Maybe 3 is too much, but it does do pretty well for me.

MAYBE CARDS

Control Magic for big threats that have resolved. Just a one of though.

Daze to catch people off guard.

Dismiss is great for tempo! Not sure if I have room given the CMC though

Grafted Wargear to turn my 1/1s into big threats! Although it is a nonbo with Scion of Oona , I can equip to scion of course and if I have two Scion of Oona the game is pretty much over anyways.

Snakeform is just a good tempo card that can surprise the opponent. I just don't know what to take out.
