Anyways, here is the "Deck Tech":
CREATURES
Wild Mongrel is a pain for opponents to deal with and enables our madness cards and cheaper flashback cards.
Anurid Brushhopper
doesn't die easily and enables madness and cheaper flashback cards
Basking Rootwalla
can attack well on turn two and be cheated in fairly easily.
Arrogant Wurm
is a 3 mana 4/4 trampler with flash!
Abzan Beastmaster
is here as a creature that gives us card advantage. with multiple creatures with toughness 3+ (almost every creature can become that powerful) it gives us extra discard fodder against nearly every deck!
Call of the Herd
is the timeshifted card. Great mana investment and very powerful.
Lingering Souls is why we splash black. Just a great value card that can slow down the faerie deck and rogue deck.
Roar of the Wurm
is a 4 mana 6/6! Biggest creature in the Duel Deck.
SPELLS
Swords to Plowshares is the best removal in magic history
Moment's Peace
is a great fog effect that is repeatable and lets us pull ahead easily.
Harmonize is necessary for more discard fodder.
Claws of Wirewood
is mainly a cycling card, but necessary in the faeries matchup.
Nature's Blessing
is pretty awesome here. It makes life very difficult for the opponent, and is another discard outlet. I might take out because of the complexity of banding though.
