Modern* Artifact Budget Mono-Red

This is a deck based on Trash for Treasure with Madcap Experiment as a back-up way to summon my artifacts. The main plan is to play cards that allow us to look for Trash for Treasure such as Insolent Neonate and Faithless Looting. These two red spells are particularly important, because they make us discard our fatties, so we can bring them back as soon as possible. My big bad artifacts of choice are:

Inkwell Leviathan: immune to almost any removal and "elusive";

Sphinx of the Steel Wind : lot of keywords, lot of fun. Still, i don't think it is a gamechanging card and could possibly be cut;

Cataclysmic Gearhulk: it really helps cleaning the board, generating card advantage if you keep it as a creature and another beater as an artifact.

Noxious Gearhulk: it kills a creature and helps slowing down the game by giving us some needed life.

Sharuum the Hegemon: it's fun to chain reanimation, especially it you target a Cataclysmic Gearhulk

Everything looks messy (and it probably is) because i do not own any of these cards, so i've never actually playtested it. Still, the deck appears frail to graveyard hate,which make us rely totally on Madcap Experiment and aggro strategies. It is unexpectedly resilient against artifact hate due to our creatures natural resistances.

I'll be thankful to everybody who will help me making this brew as competitive as possible for a budget, fun deck.

If you want to upgrade this list, remaining on a budget, i suggest you to splash white for Refurbish .
