This is Hokori Stax.

The goal of the deck is to drop mana rocks, windmill slam Hokori when everyone is tapped out, and then cheat out some nasty artifacts and enchantments for the win. You are equipped with removal, card draw/filtering, mana accelerants, and, most importantly, the cage pieces that you will slowly construct around your opponents. Things like Kismet, Smokestack, Karmic Justice, Winter Orb, Tangle Wire, etc., etc., etc. This deck was built with one goal: to win no matter how painful.
