This is a test deck modeled after High Tide in Legacy, it uses extreme mana ramp to cast blue sun's zenith on the opponent for their deck.

Ramp:

Utopia Sprawl: Ramp, this allows you to get value out of your forests and untaps. Also allows for access to blue early game if no blue lands are drawn.I generally choose green, yet if i have enough green sources i will go blue.

Heartbeat of spring: Ramp for your whole mana base. Controversial card in ramp decks, although it rarely bites back at be as i generally only play these when i am going off.

Untaps:

Hidden strings: Very cheap untap spell. Synergises well with Candelabra and a forest with many Utopia Sprawls on it.

Early Harvest: Cheap untap spell that untaps all BASIC lands. This generally isn't an issue as i usually play basics over breeding pools.

Magus of the Candelabra: Candelabra's follower who is easier to remove. Throughout my playtesting, Magus has helped me go off much sooner when 2 or more Utopia Sprawls are on the same forest. In the later stages of the combo with a few heartbeats out they can completely blow out especially when untapped with hidden strings.

Rude Awakening: The most expensive of the untaps, yet only requires G which can be advantageous in certain situations. I generally don't use this until i am at least making a profit of 2-3 mana in the early ramp.I have never used the entwine

Tutors and draw:

Ideas Unbound: Was suggested to me and i gave it a go and is highly effective. UU for 3 cards when going off, but also if you are stalling and flooded, drawing 3 and pitching excess lands can also be very useful.

Sleight of hand: Cheap and effective draw

Time Reversal: A legal Timetwister, good for dumping your hand and getting a new one digging for Enter the infinite or more ramp.

Merchant scroll: Not an all star in the deck, but good enough to include, useful for tutoring for Blue Sun Zenith when stalled.

The kill:

Enter the Infinite: What is there to say? Who doesn't like drawing their entire deck. Just remember to make sure you either leave 1U, 1GG or 4G to start untapping after you cast it. The game could get sloppy if you don't.

Blue Sun Zenith: The most hilarious of all kill conditions, forcing the opponent to draw their deck.

Sideboard: Coming soon
