I'm very new to MTG; however I'm very experienced in strategy games in general. I would absolutely love any feedback that I could use to better this deck.

This deck, at this point, is much more random than I would like it to be. It is based very heavily on the Theros Blue/White event deck; however its purpose is to keep the enemy at bay for as long as possible until heroic triggers can really start to snowball the game.

You'll notice quite a few empty spaces in the deck. I don't know what to build in the sideboard, so tips on that would also be great!

I've had quite a bit of success with this deck in tournament play, and it's taken very little out of my wallet.
