Took the Vampiric Bloodlust C17 precon and did some minor upgrades, focusing on the go-wide strategy with Mardu Ascendancy , Anointed Procession , Intangible Virtue , and others.

Meanwhile, also incorporating an Aristocrats-style finish with Zulaport Cutthroat and the many sacrifice outlets. These make Skull Clamp and Heirloom Blade trigger despite the many lords and buffs.

Minor upgrades to the manabase using what I have on hand.
