First, let's be clear -- this Sisay isn't what she once was. Paradox Engine was a truly blessed card, and we all miss it dearly. That said, Captain Sisay is still a fun, powerful commander that definitely deserves some praise. She's a tutor on a stick, and with a full array of hate effects attached to various legendary cards, we've got a decent way to control a game.

The strategy is as follows: we hope for/mulligan to a starting hand of almost all ramp. Your ideal line depends on how many opponents you have. With fewer opponents, especially one, the ideal line is Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite + Kamahl, Fist of Krosa . With more opponents, Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre or Bruna, the Fading Light + Gisela, the Broken Blade are your best bets. At any time, if a particular opponent is looking too dangerous, you can reroute for a particular hatebear, or screw up everyone at the board with the incredible Urza's Ruinous Blast . With Bow of Nylea (which is tutorable), you can recast Blast over and over. Also remember that Nissa, Genesis Mage will double your tutors per turn and drastically accelerate mana. depending on your lands, going for Nissa first often pays for itself and more.
