The idea is to spam out creatures and keep the opponent defensive while gaining land. Low cost creatures such as reaver drone and infiltrator are good at keeping pressure on early game. Conduit of ruin is able to tutor for the octopus and then play him for 6 mana. Eldrazi mimic synergizes with both of these 5/5 and 5/6 respectively creatures, and when Deep-Fiend taps stuff I'm usually able to go for 10 damage.

If the opponent lets me, I always play eye of ugin, its just too good not to. If the opponent is running a black deck, I switch out the doom blades for complete disregards. I am still unsure about if I want swarm surge or not. It seems really strong, but Ive never had a good chance to use it.
