As soon as I saw Elder Deep-Fiend spoiled I immediately pre-ordered my playset. Now to just get playsets of Matter Reshaper and Kozilek's Return, and I'll be all set for Kaladesh standard. I'm intentionally leaving out any Origins or DTK cards so that this brew can survive post-rotation come September. Most notably, I'm banking on there being a shiny new U/R dual land in KLD, so pretend Shivan Reef is that. It's a sort of burn/control deck that takes advantage of the synergy between Elder Deep-Fiend and Kozilek's Return based on a deck I saw on TCG player. Coax from the Blind Eternities is a fun sorcery that lets you play a whole different kind of ballgame, pulling certain Eldrazi in for certain situations, including a Titan for a basic win-con type effect. It's neat. Comments welcome!
