Aether Vial, Grand Architect, and Pili-Pala are the key pieces to this deck. Would recommend mulliganing if you don't have at least 2 of 3 pieces or draws supplementing.

The mana split is fine, just looks strange from all the fetches and shocks.

Turn 4 you can drop your entire library to the battlefield, which means all 3 titans for 1 blue mana.

Ideal play:

Turn 1. Aether Vial, pass.

Turn 2. Put Aether Vial to 1, play Painter's Servant with your 2 mana and declare "Blue" (now you can discard lands for force of negation, Pili is already blue etc.

Turn 3. Put Aether Vial to 2, Grim Tutor with mana if still missing a piece of the loop, pass. On opponent's next end step, tap Aether Vial at 2 and put Pili-Pala to the battlefield at instant speed to avoid sorcery speed kill spells and summoning sickness on turn 4.

Turn 4. Put Aether Vial to 3, tap it to cast Grand Architect. Pili-Pala is already blue from Painter's Servant's "Blue" declaration earlier. Pili-Pala no longer has summoning sickness, the infinite mana loop of any color is active on your upkeep step. Drop whatever Eldrazi titans you have, and if you have Mastermind's Acquisition, grab and play Finale of Revelation from the sideboard. Count how many cards you have in your hand, and how many you have on board and subtract that from 60. Pay whatever that number is -5. You will have 5 cards in your deck after you do this. Drop Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, Kozilek, Butcher of Truth (draw 4), and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre to the battlefield. If they will have you locked and unable to swing when you pass to yourself (Ensnaring Bridge etc. will do this), use the second Mastermind's Acquisition to get Door to Nothingness from the sideboard and play it before you pass. Aeons Torn give you another turn, you can tap Door to Nothingness and "target player loses the game" at instant speed.

If you are going against a creature deck, sideboard in the 4x March of Swirling Mist and replace Force of Negation, then go down to 3x Expressive Iteration (because iteration is best post loop for digging). You could also drop Painter's Servant in favor of Spellskite as a lightning rod for removal to protect loop or redirect burn.
