Sideboard

idea is to disrupt early on, then ramp into a huge torment.

Hour of promise is a great card for blockers and to get two shrines down on turn 4/5. this gives us access to turn 5 ulamog if needed, or oblivion sower for more ramp.

Can sideboard to deal with most other decks- only really weak to enchantment/artifact on the board so could swap sideboard to some green enchant removal if your meta is shaped that way.

Post rotation it will go black red with cut/ribbons for added threat, as we lose ulamog.

won FNM 4-0 with this deck.

first game was 2-0 against R/G aggro. disrupted so much.

Second game was 2-1 mono blue control. The one I lost went ultra long, with 3 as foretolds able to cast anything for free. opponent managed to topdeck better answers.

third game was 2-0 win to RG pummeler- had plenty of removal to deal with threats. they were out of cards by the time i pinged an 8 cost torment.

fourth game was against BG snake- again, had plenty of early game and used return to stop any threats from graveyard.

deck performed really well but still untested against ranumap red in FNM.
