This deck has undergone many changes, but I found the list I plan to stick with. It is fun to pilot, and is really powerful (with the right hand, of course). The deck isn't as powerful as those that ran around until February 2016, but I quite like it and don't see any of the cards even remotely close to getting banned relative to the other degenerate cards in Modern that are still legal.

This is a deck I ran in my LGS's FNM on August 5, 2016. I went 3-1; getting 3rd. Round 1 was against Naya Burn - went 2-0 thanks to Sorin and Vault. Round 2 was against Abzan CoCo Combo - should have brought in Wraths during game 2 (0-2). Round 3 was against a Bant Sliver list, going 2-1 - I kept a really bad hand on game 2. Round 4 was against the only person who was undefeated going into this final round: I went 2-1 against his mono-W Humans list - my winning games were due to removal, disruption, and him getting really flooded. I appreciate feedback of all sorts so long as there is merit behind it - and before anyone says it, yes, Lili of the Veil is potentially better, but she is out of my price range and I do not think the deck would run much smoother with her over Last Hope.

At FNM's my overall record is 10-4 as of September 30, 2016. I think the deck still has potential to get better, but I am unsure of what to change at the moment. Other grindy decks (Jund/Abzan/Lantern Control) are a beating. Insight welcome, and yes the name is a story/flavor fail.
