A semi-budget version of a non-budget version (Boomerangs with no budget) of a budget deck (Boomerang: best card ever printed?) which is a copy of The reason I have no friends($10Blue Controllolol) by Programmer_112. The difference between this deck and the original budget deck is that this deck focusses on elementals, not boomerang. It is also much less budgeted than the original versions.

If you want the list to be even better, add in the maybeboard cards by replacing Islands for a few Fetches and Cavern of Souls. Honestly, I would name Merfolk with the cavern because Master of Waves is more important than the true elementals because you have a lot more elementals that you can lose.
