Still working on this thing... I have all of it in real life except the Cradles, but I keep tweaking it. It has about a 50% chance of being completely overpowering by turn 5. Some legacy decks can win faster in 1-vs-1, but this one holds up better in group play as well.

The idea behind this deck is that every creature is an elf, and most of them feed off "for each elf you control" or some other effect. Some combos include Immaculate Magistrate and Joraga Warcaller, pumping up all your creatures. Use the Seeker of Skybreak to double any other elf's tap effect, ditto using the Wirewood Lodge .

Some response to questions I often get: The Slate of Ancestry seems expensive, but often you'll be able to get 10 mana on turn 3 and already have played every card in your hand: being able to accelerate your draw to get to the kill cards can help immensely. The Lightning Greaves are wonderful because they equip for 0, meaning you can put them on a just-cast creature to use it's ability, then shuffle them to another just-cast creature to use theirs. Keep them on whoever you want during other player's turns to keep that creature safe from opponent's spells. And yes, the Slate of Ancestry and Gaea's Cradle aren't really useful beyond the first, but if there were only 1 of each in the deck you'd rarely ever encounter them, and they wouldn't be as much help. I'm a firm believer that the best decks are as small as possible, so increasing the odds of getting that perfect draw hand is ideal.
