Jeskai control/combo cEDH deck. While likely not the strongest commander (that title probably belongs to Narset, Enlightened Master), Elsha has an incredibly unique and powerful Future Sight-esque ability that provides exemplary advantage through extending the size of our hand more or less as well as giving roughly 2/3 of the deck flash off the top of the library.

The Main Win Con - Top Storm

The primary path to winning requires 3 pieces on the field:

1. Elsha of the Infinite
2. Sensei's Divining Top
3. An Artifact cost reducer (Cloud Key or Etherium Sculptor)

With all of these in play, you can proceed to draw your whole deck as the Top can put itself back on the top of your library, then be cast at Flash speed thanks to Elsha but for free since a cost reducer is out. After that, go nuts. Thassa's Oracle. Grapeshot and/or Brain Freeze, whatever you have the mana for that can take your opponents out since each time the top is cast from the top of your library it adds to the storm count.

Backup Win Con - Isochron Storm

The classic combo, Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal. Doesn't require Elsha as an upside. This will result in infinite recasts of Dramatic Reversal, netting you an infinite storm count for the aforementioned Grapeshot and/or Brain Freeze and infinite mana if you have the artifacts out. Requires some kind of payoff prepped in advance or countermagic and/or a Silence / Teferi, Time Raveler effect to ensure the combo goes off without a hitch. Also gives Elsha infinite Prowess, if you feel like YEETing someone out of the game.
