This deck centers on getting Elsha down and casting every spell off the top of your library that you can. It runs minimal creatures, so board-wipes are essential to keeping things in check. I like the wipes that keep one creature alive, like Time Wipe and Divine Reckoning because they mean Elsha stays alive to keep casting stuff from the top.

Speaking of the top, Sensei's Divining Top is ridiculously expensive, which is why it's not on my list (I cracked the Scalding Tarn fair and square), but if I had it I would swap out Ghoulcaller's Bell in a heartbeat. Trades, anyone? If you do put it in the deck it combos with Birgi, God of Storytelling   or Kykar, Wind's Fury , letting you draw your entire deck and get a wicked storm count to Grapeshot for the win. But that's only if you have the top, which I do not, sadly.

The only real combo in this deck is one I discovered almost on accident. Storm-Kiln Artist gives you a treasure for each cast and copy of an instant or sorcery, which means if you cast Haze of Rage with Buyback paid for and have a storm count of at least 3, you'll get four treasures, which means you can cast Haze again and again, generating infinite storm, infinite treasures, and infinite power on your creatures (which can close out the game if you have enough of them, supplied usually through tokens from Kykar, Wind's Fury , but you shouldn't need to do that). The rest of the deck is pretty self-explanatory. Cast spells, draw cards, generate mana, cast more spells, you get the idea. Not reinventing the wheel here, just playing with some of the new toys given to storm in the last few sets.

One fun thing to do is cast Expansion / Explosion on an opponent with Smothering Tithe on the battlefield. You basically recoup all but four mana if you target someone else to draw the cards. Take out a player and keep pumping out the spells for fun and profit!

Other tips and tricks: you can set up the top of your deck with a number of cards like Brainstorm and others that scry so you always have something to cast off the top; most spells are flexible enough that they can up your storm count as well as their regular function if you're going for the win; make sure your friends are okay with you playing this kind of a deck - some people find it un-fun.

Anyway, let me know what you think! Suggestions are welcome.
