It's Commander Christmas again, and that means it's time for a new deck! I wanted to build around Jeskai this time, and went with Elsha of the Infinite. Her ability to play the top card of your library at instant speed screamed build around to me. So, the goal of the deck is to play Elsha, then get a wincon on to the field so we can chain spells off the top of the library to combo off. The clearest wincon here is Aetherflux Reservoir- this deck will play a lot of spells, which will give us a lot of life that we can then shoot to take an opponent out of the game. But, most will see that coming, so you can also use Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal to make huge amounts of mana using your rocks. You can then use all of that mana to storm off and smack someone with a very powerful Elsha. If you are disrupted on the first two wincons, Elsha does have prowess, and there are a few creatures in the deck who will make tokens from instants and sorceries, like Talrand and Young Pyromancer.
