What we are looking for to do

This deck want to

• Do mono blue things, such as counter everyone else spells, controll the board etc...

• Use eluge's ability to counter spells or flicker on the end step of everyone

• Flicker to get the biggest eluge possible

• Kill everyone else by commander damage

Counters

I put there 14 Spells that counter your oponnent spells, and some are beter than others so make sure to counter the spells that you don't want to resolve, and keep mana open to do it. If you don't have a counter you can

1. Bluff, kepping mana open
2. Start drawing like an maniac to find one

The all star of this section is Commandeer because it's free (and more free than Rewind) and we can easily draw two with this deck, speaking of draw...

Draw

At most cantrips but, why not, cantrips are fun and instants, here the noncantrips probably will draw you X or will keep giving you cards.

Removal

Just some things to return stuff to our friends hands or give they apes, this section only will be used if you dont have used your counters in the rigth moment (bonus if someone stole your stuff you can take it back realy easy)

Ramp

Mono blue is bad at ramp, like really bad, here I'm playing little things just so the deck can work, sorry the bad deck tech

Boardwipe

5 boardwipes, you don't need boardwipes you need counters, but if things get really bad, well you have those, also you can Brainstorm Devastation Tide so miracle... Yeah
