I have a serious pattern of just getting cards from friends, which isn't a bad thing but an odd thing to think about. In any case, the same friend that gave me my other decks has given me a skeleton commander deck with a pretty heavy Elf tribal theme. I am trying to make this with budget options, so suggestions would be helpful!
