Do you think this is a legit tournament deck or not?(Say why or why not, please... and help me improve it!)

This deck is borrowing from many other people who discovered the crazy combinations involving intruder alarm + mana elf + imperious perfect, creating an endless stream of elves (and then other elves make even more synergy madness). It's ridiculous. Seriously. Playtest this. It's nuts.

So... where should it go from here to make it more stable or reliable?
