My take on a popular mono-green deck, Teeth Exist Only For Decoration. I've also taken some advice from decks such as Broken Branches, another elf ramp deck.

I tried originally playing this as mono-green, but it is too difficult in this meta with so much creature control that I decided to splash black for my own control to gain an upper hand in games.

The deck works mostly as ramp, but can back up on using Gutter Grime and removal to stay in the game if your opponent is screwing with your ramp.

Using removal in the form of Surgical Extraction and Go for the Throat, both being amazing cards for their jobs. Surgical Extraction can be used as Undying prevention if needed.

There are small combos all within this deck that interwork with eachother to help with the flow of the deck. Lure doubles as a Predator Ooze tool and a board wipe when put on Engulfing Slagwurm . The main ramp will be creating the Wurm or keeping Elves on the board.

So far this deck has a very good chance to overwhelm, and board wipe with Gutter Grime up will only hurt them, unless they have enchantment removal. The main counters I have been facing are up against control decks or mono-red aggro burn. In the control standpoint, I get my early elves countered, which screws the whole game up; in the red standpoint I just get burnt down with quick spells before I can react. In both situations, the Witchbane Orb is extremely helpful.

Remember, I'm always open for criticism!

Updates Add

Going to try adding in Steel Hellkite for the obvious benefits of having a shit ton of mana and being able to use it on something. Took out the Ezuri, Renegade Leaderfoil, as his ability was nice but I normally don't have enough mana by the time I have him out and he gets countered easily. The Steel Hellkite will come back to my hand from Glissa, the Traitor *oversized* and that makes me want to add more of her to make sure I'm utilizing the combo.

Steel Hellkite should make easy work of tokens, enchantments, planeswalkers, or whatever else he needs to dispose of.
