Modern Combo Competitive Eldrazi Living End Reanimator RGWU RW (Boros)

Sideboard

TLDR: Mono-Red Whale's End, but with better reanimation targets.

This is, in essence, a non-cycling Living End build. The deck contains Hollow One and Ilharg, the Raze-Boar as early game support and a back-up win-con, respectively. In addition, the deck technically can hard-cast the various Eldrazi, which, while useful in specific situations, is not really relevant in most games. These factors allow the deck to be more resilient and less all-in than some more popular graveyard based decks, such as Dredge.

The deck really needs enchantment hate, mostly to deal with Leyline of the Void and Rest in Peace , so splashing white for Wear / Tear and Nahiri, the Harbinger was necessary. One could instead splash green to use cards such as Destructive Revelry or Cindervines ; however, I picked white because of access to Path to Exile as well as Wear / Tear and Nahiri both having the ability to effectively play around Chalice of the Void due to their converted mana costs of 3 and 4, respectively.

As always, suggestions in the comments below are appreciated, and if you liked the deck, I would love if you upvoted it, because I have built this deck in paper, and I will delve into good/bad matchups for the deck from my experience if there's enough interest here.

The introduction of Finale of Promise and Dreadhorde Arcanist in War of the Spark could mean that we see many more red-based Living End decks in the future, as these decks can provide unmatched consistency compared to other Living End builds and red allows Living End to accelerate its game plan to become a promisingly competent Modern deck.

Because Living End is my favorite Modern archetype, as you may have guessed due to the abundance of such decks on my account, I am extremely excited to see the wide variety of ways the card can now be played, allowing for its increased use due to the archetype's potency and unpredictability.
