Merfolk Tribal take on Emry. Obviously not a cEDH, what with all the lack of infinites. Typically I like to win EDH games the old-fashioned way--combat damage. Thassa's Oracle is in the deck primarily to avoid losing if the game doesn't go quite as planned, and I milled myself out with repeated Emry triggers and mass card draw.

The main appeal of this deck is to use fast, sometimes unblockable, creatures and mana ramp to take the most advantage out of Coastal Piracy effects. Emry is definitely the most capable commander, sporting ways to ramp mana with the likes of Lotus Petal and Mana Crypt, while also drawing cards with Mishra's Bauble and Urza's Bauble.

While I try to make my decks with no infinites, there is one incidental infinite combo between 5 cards: Emry, Lurker of the Loch, Merrow Reejerey, any clone like Phantasmal Image, Mistcaller, and Encroaching Mycosynth. Mycosynth treats Mistcaller as an artifact, so Emry can cast it from the graveyard. Combine this with Reejerey and a clone of Reejerey to get 2 untap triggers per every Mistcaller cast, saccing Mistcaller to its own ability to throw it in the graveyard, only to be recast with Emry. Combine this with any permanent that produces more than one blue mana (Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx), or something that cares about Merfolk entering the battlefield Kindred Discovery, and you've effectively won the game.

I'm willing to take any recommendations, but my priority is to try to win with combat damage. Upvote plz.
