Enchantment (4)

CURRENT RECORD: W-6 L-0 Aggro seems to be the best way to defeat this deck. The most aggro decks faced being a Prowess Monk deck and my very own Power of the Telepath

After much review with the help of TheHelvault this is the newest build of my enchantment deck.

Thanks to TheHelvault my deck now has the ability to defend itself. Stuffy Doll is the perfect creature to target Pariah with! My opponents would only be hurting themselves. Curse of Exhaustion with Knowledge Pool is an amazing combo. Causing my opponents to feed me their cards.

WIN CON:

  1. Sustaining the Pariah + Stuffy Doll combo.
  2. Curse of Exhaustion + Knowledge Pool to keep them from getting past Pariah + Stuffy Doll combo.
  3. Dictate of Heliod + Enchanted Evening + Starfield of Nyx Turns everything you have on the field into a combatant including Land!

WARNING!!!: If you fail to play Dictate of Heliod then Starfield of Nyx will end up causing your lands to be destroyed when played with Enchanted Evening. Do not have both Enchanted Evening + Starfield of Nyx unless Dictate of Heliod is present. If you choose to do so anyway then you better have your Pariah + Stuffy Doll and Curse of Exhaustion + Knowledge Pool at full tilt first. So your opponent cannot make a comeback. You can supplement Dictate of Heliod with Glorious Anthem to balance out the mana curve a little better. Dictate of Heliod was only chosen to give your lands a little more juice then 1/1.

NOTE 1: If you lose all your land you can retrieve your land later on after getting Dictate of Heliod on the field. Starfield of Nyx can pull them back onto the field since Enchanted Evening makes them enchantments.

NOTE 2: Land Tax was in the original build. but i wanted this deck to be Modern Legal so I replaced it with Dictate of Heliod. Dictate of Heliod helps prevent land destruction when part 3 of the win con spins up. Downside is you have to be a bit more picky about your starting hand. Starting with three mana producing cards puts you in a great spot with this deck. I also really liked Land Tax because it got Emeria, The Sky Ruin into full swing a lot quicker.

Updates Add

Another Enchantment fueled deck.

Read through. Some of this description is made obsolete by recent updates. Which are cataloged below.

ORIGINAL PLAN (Build One)! This decks goal is to build up a group of beefy enchanted creatures. Until you can get Final Judgment can be cast.

After expelling all creatures from the game Starfield of Nyx will bring all your enchantments back and when your enchantments become creatures you can attach your auras to them.

Only risk is having Starfield of Nyx at full tilt before casting Final Judgment. This would cause you to exile a bunch of enchantments and potentially destroy the decks win con. This can be rectified by having many Starfield of Nyx in the deck.

So after all the creatures are gone your beefed enchantments can attach to one another and win the game.

Still thinking of ways to keep board clear or retrieve exiled cards to prevent self-destruction. END OF BUILD ONE!

12/23/2015: Huge Update. Added Pull from Eternity to bring back cards that may accidentally be destroyed by Final Judgment. Added more Replenish to increase chances of mass recovery. (Huge price Jump though!) Removed most of the auras since it would be difficult to keep enchantments up and running. Gotta test new build since I removed some creatures taking away from the wall of meat. Thinking about adding large colorless defenders just for some creature safety early on. I did supplement with enchantment creatures so they can be pulled by Starfield of Nyx.

1/5/2016: I'm not going to erase prior entries. People should see how a deck grows! With much thanks to TheHelvault I have changed the deck. It now does not nuke itself and even causes the opponent to exile all their cards while giving me more options using Curse of Exhaustion and Knowledge Pool. Stuffy Doll eliminated the need for Gift of Immortality and Indestructibility. So I put in more Pariah to make Stuffy Doll more effective. Once again thank you TheHelvault. Please visit this user!

As always; Suggestions are appreciated.
