Super-cheap, budget foggy-maze deck.

Doesn't have the tech to compete against the current Standard meta, but might get lucky once-in-a-while.

I'd like to add Crackling Perimeter to really do some damage.

After some testing, it works really well most of the time, and is a lot of fun. There are a bunch of one-ofs just to fill space in the fog/maze shell and for variety. They can be replaced with whatever else you like. The point is just to fog for several turns until win-by-maze happens, so anything else in the deck is just something to do in the meantime.
