I wanted to build a deck using Hidetsugu and the various red Artifacts & red Artifact Creatures From Neon Dynasty I wasn’t able to fit into other decks. This is what I came up with.

Deck Breakdown

This deck is based around causing non-combat damage to your opponents via Hidetsugu’s second ability. There is Treasure generation to help make sure you’re able to cast the cards exiled (and to create a 2nd Win-Con) as well as some Aristocrat effects to give Hidetsugu’s 1st ability a little more “oomph.”

I also added Final Fortune to seal the deal once you reach 10 Treasures, and Chandra's Ignition to make Vessel of the All-Consuming   a bit more deadly.

Theme Breakdown

As I was putting this deck together, the large amount of Treasure generation to cast the cards exiled by Hidetsugu, Devouring Chaos along with the Sac effects to accompany his first ability, as well as the factory/smelting theme of the red Neon Dynasty cards just made me think of capitalism with workers sacrificing themselves to make money for their bosses. And so, this became the theme of this deck. So here is how I picture the various cards fitting into that theme.
