Amass is a really cool mechanic that seemed strong, but in practice was pretty lack luster due to how easily removed your 3/3 zombie is. Lots of cool flavor with none of the staying power. Enter Ikoria with The Ozolith

Now, those zombies had a true never ending onslaught. Kill spells, discard spells, lords, and more ALL benefiting your army, and you dont lose any momentum. Who cares if they kill your dude, its coming back even stronger with free token counters.

I cant take credit for this deck list. I gave up on Amass until browsing youtube and found someone reaching Mythic with a similar list, and its all thanks to that creepy stone radiating mutant energy.
