This deck is designed for post-rotation Standard, so obviously I'm waiting for Khans of Tarkir to come out and maybe have some new strong low cost creatures/ensoul targets. The deck uses Ensoul Artifact + Ornithopter for a turn 2 5/5 flier or Darksteel Citadel + Ensoul Artifact for a turn 3 5/5 indestructible. The inclusion of artifacts made Shrapnel Blast a no-brainer, and topping off the curve with a Scuttling Doom Engine can make for some scary damage with the aforementioned burn spell.

In play tests I've realized this deck is a bit unreliable and definitely needs more artifacts to function well, but I'm not sure which to include. It also needs more creatures to get Chief Engineer and Military Intelligence going. With that, I ask for your help in suggestions to make this deck more reliable and maybe even competitive.
