First design for my Eldrazi deck. It should bring our commander into play as fast as possible and show the opponents what fear really means. As this deck is built, there are some variations to cast Ulamog in round four or five. With a god's hand even rarely in turn three, as I show below.

For example on the starting hand: 2x Wastes or another non ETB tapped land, Sol Ring, Mind Stone or another CMC2 mana-rock, Ur-Golem's Eye, Palladium Myr, Everflowing Chalice

T1: Wastes -> Sol Ring -> Mind Stone = four mana for T2

T2: Wastes -> Ur-Golem's Eye -> Palladium Myr = nine mana for T3

T3: Everflowing Chalice for eight mana (multikicker 4) = thirteen mana @ T4

T4: Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre ...

Here is another hand that does not care which cards we draw to play Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre in round four 2x Wastes, Sol Ring, Doubling Cube, Thran Dynamo, Gilded Lotus

T1: Wastes -> Sol Ring -> Doubling Cube = vour mana for T2

T2: Wastes -> Thran Dynamo -> three mana to play another card e.g. Lightning Greaves = eigth mana for T3 (with using Doubling Cube )

T3: Gilded Lotus and three mana free to use

T4: tap all for ten mana -> use Doubling Cube => (10-3)*2=14 mana TIME TO CAST Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre

Now it's time for an exemplary god's hand to play Ulamog at T3 AND attack in the same round.

Yes you read that right ... I wrote and really mean it in round three.

Wastes, Eldrazi Temple, Sol Ring or Mana Crypt, Thought Vessel or another CMC2 mana-rock, Thran Dynamo , Doubling Cube, Lightning Greaves

T1: Wastes -> Sol Ring or Mana Crypt -> Thought Vessel or another CMC2 mana-rock

T2: Eldrazi Temple -> Thran Dynamo -> Doubling Cube and Lightning Greaves

T3: tapp all for nine mana, use three for Doubling Cube so you have (9-3)*2=12 mana (four mana of it just to play Eldrazi). Play Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre equip the Lightning Greaves and look at the shocked faces at the table. Depending on who you attack, you probably have a friend less.
