After watching Trostani doing work at the SCG open today I decided it was time to dig into my binder and rip her out to find the neglected Dryad a comfy new home. I began brewing and thinking of some other cards that have flown under the radar recently. One that came to mind (and that works superbly with Trostani) is Entreat the Angels. Wow, that's nice. Green has ramp, this could be sexy! I continued flipping through my binder and found my playset of Gyre Sage tucked away. Wait. Holy shit. This is gold.

So this is my preliminary list that I've come up with. Lifegain + ramp + board flood = busting balls.

Again this is preliminary, help me tune this so I can take it to the next open near me. Oh yeah and the sideboard needs help; I figured Deathrite Shaman is less versatile since I don't have black but he's still killer against Reanimator since I'm running green and he can hit creatures and gain me life.

I'm tempted to splash blue for Master Biomancer and Prime Speaker Zegana, but I'm happy with the way the list is looking now. If it comes to that later I won't complain though.
