Ephara, God of card draw

The first goal in the deck is to play Ephara as soon as possible. Most of the mana rocks are at 2 cmc because of this, to enable to play Ephara on turn three. By doing that, the card draw will begin to accumulate and allow more options during play. She is very resilient as an indestructible enchantment, and usually keeps a low profile during the start of the game.

Secondly, the goal is to trigger the card draw by playing/blinking creatures. Many cards in the deck have either flash other ways to enable etb during all the players turn. I have tried to minimize the number of cards that are sorcery speed, so that mana can be held up for instant speed, adjusting the plays as suitable.

The hardest part is usually to close out the game; the decks strength is to slowly grind out value, and often the opponents will figure this out, and try to react. This part is probably where changes are most needed, to either close out the game quicker, or to be able to last longer.
