So this is my Jhoira deck. I still have to make 27 cuts though, suggestions are welcome. This is a blue/red control deck centered around Jhoira of the Ghitu. The deck has few angles of play so it can adapt to the deck(s) its facing:

The simplest mode is to simply use Jhoira to cast big spells way ahead of the curve, like Clone Army or an Eldrazi Titan and beat face with it while backing it up with countermana.

It can also kill with some of its spells alone: Searing Wind deals 10 damage to a single player and riddle of Lighting can also reach that number or slightly less. By copying it multiple times this deck can deal 30+ damage out of nowhere. As a matter of fact: If you suspend Searing wind with Jhoiria and can get to 7 mana in the upkeep it goes off, Increasing Vengeance alone will be enough to turn that into 40 to the dome.

The deck can also go infinite by repeatedly copying Mana Geyser with Reiterate to get infinite mana, then either Comet Storm the entire table or start to make infinite copies of Geistblast or Riddle of Lightning.

The big trick up its sleeve though is the inclusion of the Epic spells Undying Flames and Eternal Dominion. By copying the the original spell as its cast, you get multiple epic triggers every upkeep. If you set this up properly, 3 to 4 triggers each turn should definitely be possible. Depending on the decks your facing, either turn their best stuff against them with Eternal Dominion or just burn them to crisps very quickly with Undying Flames. The manlands as well as Quicksilver Amulet, Heretics Punishment and Pyromancy give you something to do with the cards you draw when you went Epic. And you can lock the table completely down by playing Hive Mind before you go Epic, because then everybody will go Epic. In that case, Witchbane Orb and Orbs of Warding will prevent opponents from using their Epic triggers on you.

Noteworthy inclusions:Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir and Sphinx of the Final Word are anti-counterspell insurance for your suspended spells. By either having them in play or suspending them alongside the spell you definitly want to get through and have them resolve first you can make sure countermagic will not ruin the day.

Radiate makes for Epic plays along with the Epic spells. With Eternal Dominion, it wil give you a copy for each opponent. In a 4 man game, that means two additional copies so 3 epic triggers every upkeep. For Undying Flames, this gets even more nuts as it can also target creatures. That means if there's a total of 10 creatures in play when you cast it and you have 3 opponents, that's 13 epic triggers next upkeep. Turn yourself into a gattling gun!

Howl of the Horde is a nice copy spell because it works on the next spell you play. Therefore, you can suspend it along with another spell and have it copy that spell as it comes off suspend.

Geistflame may seem a subpar card but in this deck it fulfills three roles: it is cheap direct damage to kill opposing mana dorks, the flashback is obviously good for this deck and it can be used in the infinite mana combo with Mana Geyser.

Mana Geyser: This card can be used to go infinte, but even without shenanigans, this can easily give you 10 mana in turn 4 or 5, allowing you to cast an Eldrazi for retail.

UPDATE 19-05-2017: initial cuts are made. This makes the deck a little less well rounded, but keeps the primary goals. We'll see how this goes and work from there.
