This is an esper list I've been working on for the past few months or so. It started out as a board wipe, anti-aggro heavy list (which was a little short sighted on my part) which emphasized a combo involving Duskmantle Guildmage's first activated ability with two activations and Jace, Memory Adept's 0 ability, dealing 20 damage.

Now, it features that combo and plays out more like a regular Esper control deck. I'm much more happy with this version, as it has far more answers now then it did prior. It's essentially a mill deck but really it'll just win eventually.

Over in the maybe board is a previous version of the sideboard. I'm going to leave that sideboard there because those cards aren't half bad.

I went 2-2, the wins only on concessions and byes. First round was up against Naya humans. He blitzed me down in game 1, then got mana screwed game two which I walked all over him in. Game 3 was very quick, securing him the win handily. Round two was an Esper mirror of sorts, my opponent imploying use of AEtherling, a card I admittedly was not prepared for. The first game was very very long, which he took with said Aetherling. The second game he beat me down with Knight of Infamy, which was disappointing on my part, being a bit mana starved. Round 3 was a bye, which was a nice break from all the action. Round four was up against Reanimator which went okay? He ended the game with 50-odd life and won, but I held out for a while. Game 2 I could've taken but he conceded (like a bro) and gave me the win because he had to leave.
