This four color (non-green) deck has performed very well at FNM. It's a weekly FNM in a large venue in Seattle w/ up to 80 people. So it has some stiff competition. The addition of red has been helpful and takes it beyond a basic Esper Control deck. Specifically the Izzet Charm and Assemble the Legion and Dreadbore mainboard.

I've found that Elspeth, Sun's Champion doesn't last long on the board usually being destroyed by Hero's Downfall by EOT. So you end up with 3 soldiers for 6 mana. The Assemble the Legion requires a much different answer than the downfall, and is great game ender in an Esper deck.

Slaughter Games has been a best taking out the other Esper / Azorious decks focused completely around AEtherling. The look on your opponents face when you remove their AEtherling with an uncouterable Slaughter Games . They start counting deck sizes hoping they can outlast you in a game of decking.

The one thing I'm not completely sure about is the Izzet Charm and if there is a better option. Also, Dreadbore seems a little bit like a poor man's Hero's Downfall , but the cheaper casting cost has been incredibly useful at times.
