Load up the Invisible Stalkers with cipher spells such as Hands of Binding and Paranoid delusions, bond them with Silverblade Paladins; Then let Talrand fill the sky with 2/2's. If the mill doesn't get to them then the army of drakes should do the trick. Lazav and Consuming Aberrations to make the most of all those cards hitting the graveyard. Nightveil Specters with doublestrike help keep options open and give alternate targets for ciphers (although not hexproof)
Maybe Restoration Angels for shinanigans?(answer - No they don't do enough to consider leaving 4 mana open too often, hexproof gives enough protection against removal and flickering Paladins when they block is less useful than having an extra Azorius Charm in hand
Note - double strike on a Consuming Aberration then giving it lifelink (through an Azorius Charm) is a very good way to stall out midgame bant or stabilize vs early aggression - maybe run 2 more Azorius Charms in the main.
Note 2 - Lazav is a tricky one to call, 4CMC for a hexproof creature is good. Although the current meta seems to be focused on creatures that cause effects when they enter the battlefield and Lazav doesn't trigger those. Maybe only side-deck worthy?
Note 3 - Realmwright (naming swamps) + Crypt Ghast + Mind Grind would be good if it could fit. The Realmwrights would also give a 1 drop and help cast things from Nightveil's against out of colour opponents (although with W/U/B in the deck a single stolen land is usually enough). Mind Grind would also give me a game finisher for closing games out earlier than expected, or incase they stop the stalker
Note 4 - for a deck that's trying to mill someone to death i only have 4 direct milling spells at the moment. 2 x Jace, Memory Adept would help this, but fitting in a Mind Grind or something else couldn't hurt. Sage's Row Denizen + Talrand could have legs.
Note 5 - Delver's fail me more than they aid me. it seems a stronger play to get a shockland out and not pay 2 life than to play a Delver. maybe Jace's phantasm would be a better card. but i cannot be sure of fast enough mill and even a perfect combo won't see 10 cards in their graveyard till turn 4.
Note 6 - Could run Nivmagus Elemental as a 1 drop. exile the unwanted spells so they don't get wasted (although i haven't seen a situation like this yet in fishbowl games).
Note 7 - Thought scour could be a very handy 1 drop for quickly drawing options but works as a 1 for 1 in an opening hand so why run it over the card that it would draw for the sake of milling 2 and thinning the deck.
