The aim of this deck is to set up Smothering Tithe, Underworld Dreams &/or Ob Nixilis, the Hate-Twisted, then cast Emergency Powers to basically deal big damage to your opponent when they draw cards. The draw ability of Folio of Fancies can also help to achieve this goal, best activated at the end of your opponents end-step.

The rest of the deck consist of 10 board clears to help you live long enough to pull off the combo... These board clears can also be re-shuffuled back into your deck when casting Emergency Powers, which can be handy in longer games. Also 4 copies of Teferi, Time Raveler to essentially slow &/or disrupt your opponent.

Finally, I decided on adding 3 copies of Leyline of Sanctity to help deal with "Mill" &/or "Discard" tactics, as more often than not, mill/discard abilities need to specifically target a player. Leyline can also be valuable when up against Rakdos sacrifice decks, as well as mono red burn decks. As this deck isn't running counter spells, making yourself hex-proof was next best thing I could think of. :p
