The type of deck I am trying to create is a deck based around unblockable creatures encoded with cipher spells.

I am trying to avoid innistrad block due to the rotation even though I know that there are some cards perfect for this deck in that block.

The desired effect would be to enchant one of the unblockable creatures with Shadow Slice and Last Thought. I also have Nivmagus Elemental for excess copies of encoded ciphers. There is also a splash of extort to be triggered off the encoded spells.

Any and all constructive help is appreciated. Disregard the land setup, I will be putting in nonbasic lands after some edits to the deck.
